To the confirmed registered attendees of the Tutorial on Ablative TPS (Sat/Sun Aug 21-22) and confirmed registered attendees of the 2nd International Planetary Probe Workshop (Mon/Thu August 23-26)

To get to the Event (Building 3 NASA Ames Conference Center):
*Enter through the main gate on Moffett Blvd (just off 101 Hwy).
*When you stop at the guard house, tell them: "Your name and that you are here to attend the 2nd International Planetary Probe Workshop in Building 3."
*Be ready to show your Drivers License, and for Int'l visitors you will also need to show your Int'l Drivers License and perhaps your Passport, Visa and/or Greencard (be sure to have all with you!).
*The guard will check your name on the list of attendees and allow you to enter.
*There will be signs for the ProbeWS2/TPS to follow to help guide you to Building 3.
*This procedure is done each time you enter Moffett Field.

NASA ARC employees:
Your entrance into Moffett Field is no different than any other day.

2nd International Planetary Probe Workshop attendees: Remember there will be a social and registration at the NASA Ames Exploration Center. -Sunday, Aug 22: 5:30-7:30 pm...(avoid the Monday morning registration lines) Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served. It is a casual time to meet and greet fellow attendees!
Directions: Moffett Blvd off 101 (as if you're coming into Moffett Field) but BEFORE you get to the guard gate ...turn right...it is the large white tent building! Follow the arrows to the parking lot.
